We want to be known, accepted and loved as we seek connection and deeper relationships. We need our safe people that we can turn to when confronted with a life obstacle and need support.

The fulfillment for me is working together side by side and witnessing the transformation from pain to healing and wholeness. We all have our own journey in life with obstacles and difficulties no matter who we are.


That is why we started my own therapy practice with the name S.O.L.E. (Survivors of Life's Experience) counseling. I truly have a passion for this work.
